We base our business on two qualities – we are conscientious and creative.

There are so many factors that come when you have any work carried out in your home or garden. We understand the emotional impact it can have, the stress and worry it brings. We take all of that on board. This is what makes us different. Our conscientiousness means we are empathetic, minimising worry, delivering exceptional service, and our creativity means we exceed expectations leaving you more than just satisfied.

Conscientious

It's not just about doing a great job, it's about doing a great job that's on time and budget so that you don't have to worry. It means always communicating to make sure you are always in the loop. We make sure we handle your needs at every step of the process, giving you a complete peace of mind.

Creative

We offer a high end creative service that exceeds our clients expectations. We work with you to create something beautiful and even practical. We don't just do ordinary designs. We create bespoke designs that suit the shape and size of the space we work in whether a room or a garden.

We help ex soldiers and disadvantaged communities.

If you are interested in a community project that will support those in disadvantaged communities or ex-forces, we will always love to help. Send us an email and outline what you want to do, how it can help your community and we will be in touch.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I start?

It all starts with a call. That’s it.

It might be good to have an idea of what you want, where you want. Check the next FAQ to understand what you might think about.

What do I need to know before a consultation?

Start with an idea and start thinking practically what you would like
For example;

For gardens, do you want a lawn? Or are you looking for something low maintenance?

For kitchens; do you want a lot of storage? Or worktop space?

What is the process?

After an initial call, we will need to do a site recce. Depending on the job, it could be 10 minutes or an hour, once we’ve completed the site recce we will give you a more accurate quote.

Once we have completed that and you are happy to proceed with the quote, we will translate this into 2D or 3D cad designs. This will give you something to visually see and if you are happy, we will sign off the design.

How much will it cost?

This a question everyone wants to know, but I guess it’s essential!

We will give an estimated cost on the initial phone call as we have on the site –  “gardens say £20,000.”  When we complete a site recce, we could probably give you a more accurate quote from our 30 years of experience working with all shapes and sizes – this is still an estimate.

Once we have measured up, and calculated the cost, we will give you a final quote. Our policy is that we never go over the cost, so you can have peace of mind that you will never have to pay a penny more.

What if I want Dean to discuss my wants and needs?

You want Dean, you’ve got Dean.

To be honest, here at DJBL it is important that you get the best, so Dean will always be the person you speak to. We don’t leave you with any other staff even though they are capable.

We take pride in our level of service and that is why Dean is the main contact on any project big or small!

How do I pay?

You can pay by Cash or Bank Transfer.

We normally charge 30% up front, 30% inbetween and 4o% when the job is completed!
